£120k to £160k basic + profit related bonus + package + future share options.
We are presently seeking to support one of our clients with a key appointment to support the strategic development and expansion. The business is a £1bn+ turnover Construction Group with activities across the UK, Europe and, the Middle East. The business has built an enviable brand and reputation for innovation, and delivering complex large scale projects.
The role is to establish a Contracting business to both service their existing customers in Europe and the Middle East, whilst also develop a capability, team, and business development plan to build a well differentiated construction business under the umbrella of a leading brand.
Candidates for consideration will demonstrate strong leadership, customer management, and work winning skills in either a P&L or Management Board level role. Your customer base will incorporate blue chip businesses with a high volume of repeat business and 2 stage / negotiated work.
It is considered essential to have worked in overseas environments and demonstrated a proven track record of immersing oneself in the nuances of local business cultures, laws, and certifications in order to successfully commence trading.
Whilst the role has been benchmarked at the stated salary, remuneration will be structured in accordance to track record, and in proportion to realistic expectation set within an agreed business plan, as evolved over discussions.
You will be based overseas in either Europe or the UAE, with frequent travel between regions and the UK.
